Dapagliflozin is indicated for the treatment of:

Type 2 diabetes mellitus:
- Treatment of insufficiently controlled type 2 diabetes mellitus in patients aged 18 and above as an adjunct to diet and exercise
- Monotherapy when metformin is considered inappropriate due to intolerance.
Heart Failure: treatment of symptomatic chronic heart failure in adults
Chronic kidney disease in adults.
