Bosutinib is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with newly diagnosed chronic phase Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myelogenous leukaemia, or chronic phase, accelerated phase, or blast phase Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myelogenous leukaemia previously treated with one or more tyrosine kinase inhibitors, when imatinib, nilotinib, and dasatinib are not considered appropriate treatment options.
